New Sustainable Production Facility VEBE

Condor Group is proud to announce the construction of a brand new carpet production facility at the beginning of 2022. The building will be located in Genemuiden - The Netherlands.

The building has a surface of 90.000 sqm. For the architecture a modern and challenging design was chosen that suits the ambitions of VEBE. We hope the building will give new impulses and dimensions in the way customers experience their visits. An upgraded supply chain will result into shorter lead times. In total there will be 20 loading docks at the new facility.

Furthermore, there will be endless possibilities for sustainable development at the new factory. The entire roof will be equipped with solar panels. The idea and implementation of the construction is in line with the BREEAM standards. This certification is a sustainability quality mark for the realization of buildings with minimal environmental impact.

With this construction, VEBE is well on its way to energy-neutral carpet production.

The construction of the building will start in 2022.
